Freddie Cullins, Head of School
Our teachers are fully certified and dedicated to providing quality instruction to their students. Furthermore, they concern themselves, not only with academics, but with the spiritual development of their students. Our school offers a safe environment where bullying and harassment is not tolerated and Christian love is the core principle and practice.
LCA’s small class size ensures that students have access to their teachers for the help they may need. Furthermore, our Gradelink system also provides access for parents to track their child’s progress on a continuous basis.
Extracurricular activities, including band, choir, art, and drama, are essential to round out the full school experience for most students. Athletics is a great opportunity for students to develop physically, socially, and spiritually.
“The mission of Lakeland Christian Academy is to equip students so that they can impact their world for Jesus Christ and fulfill their own potential in scholarship, leadership, and service.”
All About Lakeland Christian
Red and Navy Blue
The mission of Lakeland Christian Academy is to equip students so that they can impact their world for Jesus Christ and fulfill their own potential in scholarship, leadership, and service.
Lakeland Christian Academy stands as a lighthouse to those seeking a Christ-centered place of excellence with a loving and caring environment where students can launch into adult life equipped with the character and skills to navigate successfully for God’s service.
The ministry of LCA exists so that families in Lewisville and surrounding communities can choose Kingdom education for their children from pre-school age through grade 9. Kingdom education is defined as “the life-long, Bible-based, Christ-centered process of leading a child to Christ, building a child up in Christ, and equipping a child to serve Christ.” It involves the integration and application of biblical truths provided in the Bible to areas of the Christian worldview, educational programs and activities, and personal developmental and maturity. These Ends are to be achieved and/or maintained at Lakeland Christian Academy to the glory of God the Father, His Son Jesus Christ, and our Comforter, the Holy Spirit. Students are directed to remain true to the Lord with all of their heart, mind, and soul, exemplifying the name “Christian” as they impact their society for Christ (Acts 11:19-26).
LCA admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the Academy. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
